support@sadisa.app. A person reads it. Tell us what happened and what you expected instead. If something on this website turns out not to be true of the app, that is a bug, and we want it.

Connect a calendar

Settings, then Connections. For a Google account, Sadisa asks for exactly two permissions: calendar.events and tasks. Apple Calendar can be connected in two ways, both optional: on the device, or through iCloud with an app-specific password that Apple creates for this purpose. You can disconnect again from Settings, Privacy, Permissions.

Send Sadi a photo or a document

Use the paperclip in the message field. A photo or a PDF, up to five in one message. The first time, Sadisa asks for your consent, because a document can contain health information; you can withdraw it later in Settings under Privacy. Your file is stored encrypted on our server in the EU and deleted about 24 hours after Sadi has read it. Only Sadi's answer remains. Attachments are part of Sadisa Pro.

Reminders

Sadisa gets in touch first, which needs notifications: Settings, Alerts. It uses your time zone, so a reminder arrives at the hour you expect. When you travel it either comes with you or waits until you are home, and that is your choice, asked once.

Your conversations, and what Sadisa knows

Settings, then Privacy. History searches your conversations and deletes one of them or all of them. Memories is what Sadi has kept about you, and you can review or change it there. Deleting a conversation removes the chat; what Sadi learned from it may remain in Memories until you change it there.

Your copy, as a file

Settings, Privacy, Export. You get your persona and your memories as JSON and Markdown, directly readable. Conversations are not included, so that an export cannot become a second copy of everything you said.

Deleting everything

Settings, Account, Delete account. It is permanent. Deletion revokes the credential that grants access to your connected accounts first, then stops your assistant, then deletes your profile, your conversations and its memory of you. If a step fails, you are told which one instead of being told it worked. If you would rather we did it, write to us and we will.

What it costs

9,99 € a month, including VAT. One price, no tiers, nothing to choose between.

Languages

The app's interface is German and English. You can write to Sadi in any language and it answers in that one. This website is available in 36 languages, from the picker at the top of every page.

Small print, in plain words

The privacy policy says what is collected and who else handles it. The terms say what you get and what happens if you stop. The imprint names the company behind this. All three are linked at the foot of every page.
